The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine prepared security and service plan to receive the visitors during 'Arafah and Eid Al-Adha..

Among the Ziyarat of the holy shrines in the holy city of Karbala that attracts millions is the Ziyarat of the day of 'Arafah and Eid Al-Adha, so the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has prepared a security and service plan for the smooth flow of the Ziyarat and performing the rituals easily and conveniently. The plan will start from Wednesday and will last until Monday by ensuring the highest degrees of security and fluidity in order to have the best results and provide the best of services.
And among the two most prominent sides of the plan are the security and services. for the security side, the Department of maintenance of order in the holy shrine has prepared a security plan in coordination with the Department of maintenance of order in the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), the department of between the two holy shrines and the relevant authorities, to include inspections and continuous survey of the nearby areas of the holy shrines within the security areas related to it to prevent any breach of security, in addition to many security measures in order to maintain the safety and security of the visitors.
As for the service side, the tasks were distributed to most of the departments of the holy shrine, according to their allocated duties, as there are works inside and outside the holy shrine such as regulating the entry and exit of visitors to sanctuary, which was divided to several section depending on the specific gates for the entry and exit of visitors (women and men), to facilitate their entry and exit and to create a state of flow in the movement of visitors and to reduce the cases of crowd, while maintaining the clean-up operations inside the holy sanctuary. Also the basements of the expansion of the holy shrine and the basement of Imam Al-Jawad (peace be upon him) were prepared to receive women visitors.
Vehicles' Department in its turn has prepared the vehicles for the transfer of visitors in different capacities according to the developed plan and the specific points of transfer in line with the plan of the Ziyarat, which included also the medical contingent and providing it with the staff for emergency situations to provide treatment and the transfer of the difficult cases to nearby hospitals, in addition to the preparation of the sanitary complexes scattered inside and outside the holy city of Karbala.
The host department has planned to distribute more meals during these days and to offer it inside and outside the host hall of the holy shrine for its guests, staff and visitors.
The libraries of the holy sanctuary and holy shrine were provided with additional number of booklets of Ziarat and supplication, as well as creating platforms inside the holy shrine in order to answer the questions and queries of visitors with regard to this Ziyarat or other. Also places for taking off shoes were added as well as receptions in more than one place to reduce the congestion that might happen.
