The Department of Rituals, Processions, and Hussayni Organisations issued several instructions for the owners of Hussayni processions participating in providing services to the Arbaeen pilgrims.
Below are a series of instructions aimed at organising the work of the processions and providing the best amenities for the visitors:
1- Wearing black for its symbolism of mourning and condolence.
2- Use small, suitable sound carts preferably according to the dimensions (length 1.5 m – width 1 m – height 1.5 m) and with four speakers.
3- Choosing the well-known modes in the Hussaini heritage and avoiding the light melodies with a musical character.
4- Maintaining the dignity of Zinjeel and lamentation rituals, and avoiding side movements.
5- The procession should be conducted with calmness and composure, reflecting mourning without any showy movements.
6- Cooperation with the directives of the staff of the rituals and Hussayn processions department and the other staff of the holy shrine, especially during mourning or gatherings inside the holy courtyard.
7- Entry of radiation sources into the holy courtyard is prohibited.
8- The carrying of wireless devices is prohibited during the procession in the holy city of Karbala.
9- Apologising for the entry of processions into the holy courtyard in case a gathering is held inside.
10- Commitment to carrying the parade signs with the name documented on the ID issued by the department only.
11- In case of violation, the convoy will be prohibited from descending next year for violating the instructions and orders issued by the department.
