The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine commemorates the biography of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) on the occasion of his Arbaeen

The General Secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a mourning council in commemoration of the Arbaeen of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) in the Honors hall.

The council witnessed the presence of the Senior Official of the holy shrine, His Eminence Sayed Ahmad Al-Safi, along with several of its officials and staff, and a gathering of mourning visitors.

The council, which was held in the Honors hall of the holy shrine, began with a beautiful recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a lecture delivered by Sheikh Abdullah Al-Dujaili, in which he touched upon key moments from the life and stances of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

Al-Dujaili reviewed various topics, including the values embodied by Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and what they carried of patience, sacrifice, and devotion.

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is keen on holding mourning councils to highlight the oppression of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), commemorate his uprising, and spread its noble goals.
