The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine concludes the weekly central program for its staff

The Central Programs Committee at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine concluded the weekly central program activities for the shrine's staff.

The program is supervised by the Development and Sustainable Development Department at the holy shrine, with the aim of enhancing communication and interaction among the members, and developing their cultural and religious knowledge.

A member of the Board of Directors of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, Dr. Afdhal Al-Shami, said: "The program is considered one of the development programs organised by the holy shrine within its administrative plans, and it aims to enhance the capabilities of the staff and develop their skills, as it is held periodically and continuously."

He added, "During the meeting with the participants in the program, their suggestions and needs were listened to, in addition to exchanging discussions about the importance of these programs and their role in enhancing work within the holy shrines," pointing out that "the worker in these places must possess a special spirit that qualifies him to perform his duty to the fullest."

For his part, one of the program coordinators, Mr. Haidar Ghazi Al-Kanani, said: "The Central Programs Committee concluded the activities of the fourth week of the eleventh month of the second year of the central program for employees, which included a variety of activities such as educational lectures, recreational tours, developmental workshops, cultural and religious competitions, in addition to visits to holy shrines."

He explained that "the program is implemented periodically and aims to develop the cultural and scientific skills of the participants, contributing to the improvement of job performance within the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine."
