The Scientific Complex honours the professors participating in the Summer Quranic Courses project in Karbala

The Scientific Academy of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a ceremony to honour the professors participating in the summer Quranic courses project in Karbala Governorate.

The director of the Quranic Institute affiliated with the Sheikh Jawad Al-Nasrawi Complex said: "The institute held a special ceremony to honour the professors participating in the summer Quranic courses organised by the Quranic Institute in Karbala, and to commend them for their blessed efforts in teaching students and spreading Quranic culture."

He added that "the ceremony included multiple segments, including an opening recitation by one of the students who memorised verses from the Holy Quran as part of the summer Quranic courses project, in addition to the participation of a group of students from the Quran memorisation project who represented the fruits of these Quranic projects, which reflects their positive results and encourages their continuation and expansion in the coming years."

Al-Nasrawi explained that "the ceremony held at the institute's headquarters in the Al-Alqami Service Complex for Visitors concluded with the distribution of appreciation certificates to all the honoured professors."

For his part, one of the honoured professors, Mr. Hussein Razaq, mentioned that "the Quranic courses offered by the holy shrine do not only focus on teaching the Holy Quran, but also cover jurisprudence, beliefs, ethics, and the biography of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)," explaining that "the courses aim to elevate the social reality of the students and address some incorrect behaviours they may encounter in their lives."
