The Department of Hussayni rituals and processions of the two holy shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn adnd Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) called the responsibles of the Hussayni processions deployed in the streets and roads of the city of Karbala in order to provide services to the visitors of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) on Ashura, to respect the planted trees on both sides of the road and on the sidewalks and the squares, and make way for those in charge of following them up with irrigation or clipping or others works.
As it was noted that some of the processions owners have erected their tents on the sidewalks and have damaged these trees, most of which are part of the project of the planting project in the holy city of Karbala, and important money and efforts have been spent for it to make it reach advanced stages and gave beautiful image of the city. So, even that the procession are for service of the visitors but they should not damage these trees that are endowment of the shrine of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and this indicated by card on each tree, and it formed an impediment to the supervisory teams.
It is to mention that the Department of Hussayni rituals and procession has issued a number of recommendations and instructions for the Ziyarat of Ashura of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), including the maintenance of hygiene and the respect of the trees spread on both sides of the roads leading to the two holy shrines.
