The servants of the two holy shrines pay tribute to a group of heroes who sacrificed themselves for the sake of Iraq..

On today 5th Safar 1437 corresponding to the 18th November, 2015, the servants of the two holy shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) pay tribute to a new group of heroes of the Ali Akbar's (p) brigade who were martyred while defending their homeland, answering the call of the religious authority for the defence of Iraq in the District of Salahuddin, after showing along with their fellow Mujahideen courage, heroism, determination and fortitude, inspired from the revolution of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).
In the days of sorrows for the Master of martyrs (peace be upon him), a majestic funeral was conducted for these martyrs with the participation of people of Karbala and crowds of visitors in addition to the staff of the two holy shrines, the funeral prayers was performed by the Secretary-General of the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), Sheikh Abd Al-Mahdi Al-Karbalai, inside the holy shrine, then the martyrs' bodies were taken to the holy shrine of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) to perform other rituals including the Ziyarat and the supplication, then towards their last resting place.
It is to note that the brigade of Ali Al-Akbar (peace be upon him) of the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) has contributed and participated in many battles taking place in the Salahuddin province, and they have inflicted many losses in lives and equipment of the enemy.
