The Supreme Religious Authority issued a number of recommendations for fighters and visitors with the approach of the Ziyarat Arba'een..

The Supreme Religious Authority has issued by its representative Sayed Ahmed Al-Safi in the second sermon of Friday prayer of the 14th of Safar 1437 AH corresponding to the 27th of November, 2015, which was held in the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), a number of recommendations for the Mujahideen fighters in the fronts on the one hand and to the visitors during their march to Karbala to commemorate the Ziyarat Arba'een in the other hand, as follows:
"In this great days, with the participation of millions of lovers of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) from around the world in the Ziyarat Arba'een to his holy shrine, we would like to clarify the following:
A- The brothers fighters who stand at the front berms and are engaged in a bloody war against the terrorists, and who are stationed in the liberated lands and protecting the country, must not leave their posts to go for the Ziyarat, as by remaining in their positions they will have a larger reward; the reward for the defense of the land, its honor and sanctities, in addition to the tens of thousands of visitors, men and women who are willing to share with them the reward of the Ziyarat, so they gather the reward of the fight in the path of Allah and the reward of the Ziyarat of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).
B- The dear visitors, men and women, have to give special importance to this religious occasion and try to invest it in the best ways to increase their faith, as the reform project drawn by Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and by which he has perpetuated the religion of his grandfather Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and his holy Household) and on which have emphasized the pure Imams (peace be upon them), aims primarily human reform, so it is a must for those walking on the road of Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) to be interested in increasing his religious knowledge and have more moral virtues. And the presence of the brothers teachers and students of the Hawza in personalized places on the roads to Karbala is a a good opportunity to take advantage of them in this field.
C- Among the important points that the walkers in the road of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) have to be attention to, is the need to avoid differences in the ranks of the faithful, not exploit this sad occasion to promote some religious, political or other parties to which they belong. And most importantly is to stay away from some developed practices that are not consistent with the sanctity of this Hussayni occasion, and limiting to the rites inherited of the believer ancestors in the establishment of the condolences of the Master of youth of Paradise, from the sadness, dismay and to commemorate this occasion which is the order of the Imams (peace be upon them).
D- Whereas terrorists consistently seek to target the largest possible number of innocent lives by targeting large human gatherings, it is required from those working in the security bodies in charge of protecting the visitors to do their utmost to protect the visitors and to provide a safe environment for them to perform the Ziyarat rituals, and easen their movement upon arrival and when leaving to their destinations."
