The Public Relations Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine discussed, in a meeting with the Departments of Mechanisms and Religious Tourism, the transportation plan for students participating in the sixth central graduation ceremony for Iraqi university students.
The University and School Relations Division of the Public Relations Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is organising a graduation ceremony for Iraqi university students (the sixth batch on the guidance of the moon), on the 11th of December this year, lasting for two days, as part of the National Al-Kafeel Youth Project, under the slogan "From the Rain of Karbala, Generosity Grows," with the participation of more than 5,000 students from 75 public and private universities from various provinces of Iraq.
One of the staff members of the Public Relations Department, Mr. Hussein Hashem Karim, said: "The meeting discussed transportation mechanisms and identified key points to organise the movement of busses that will transport students from their provinces to Karbala."
In the same context, the Deputy Head of the Religious Tourism Department, Mr. Ahmed Shakir Hashem, said: "The meeting addressed the determination of starting points in all provinces and the preparation of various types of busses to ensure the smooth transportation of students after the event."
For his part, the Deputy Head of the Mechanisms' Department, Mr. Hassan Ali Abdul Hussein, explained that "the participating departments have established a specific mechanism for transporting delegations and volunteers on the days of the ceremony until the conclusion of its events," indicating that "more than 200 busses will be prepared in coordination with the Education and Teaching Department at the holy shrine to utilise the available busses."
