Al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad deployed since 6 days more than 2000 fighters in the entrances of the holy city of Karbala, to participate in the security plan of the Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).
The deployment of these forces is done in coordination with the operations leadership of the Middle Euphrates and the Leadership of Karbala police, and they were deployed in the main three entrances of Karbala (Karbala- Babel), (Karbala -Baghdad) and (Karbala - Najaf), and a number of the fighters in civilian clothes are among the visitors to monitor any suspicious moves and for any intervention of emergency.
The leadership of the squad has announced earlier that the squad's intelligence is aerially exploring the visitors' roads via directed airplanes, and it has also stressed on controlling the roads of visitors on the ground too, and vowed to shoot down any reconnaissance aircraft in the sky of the border areas of Karbala without hesitation, unless the plane is known by the Middle Euphrates operations.
Stressing that ground defenses are capable of handling air targets and deal with it in a short period.
It is noteworthy that these forces are a group of graduates of the training centers opened by the squad leadership in all governorates of Iraq in implementation of the blessed directives of the religious authority in Najaf when there was the need for preparedness and the raise of the readiness of the people to ward off the dangers that may surround the country.
It is to note that the squad's forces, since more than a year is the responsible of the protection of the administrative borders of the province of Karbala from the western, northwestern and southern, as well as the district of Al-Nakheeb, to secure this province from any threat, God forbid.
