The Public Relations Department is holding a workshop on social changes and their impact on cultural identity at Al-Qadisiyah University

The Public Relations Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a cultural workshop discussing social changes and their impact on the cultural identity of society, in collaboration with the College of Administration and Economics at Al-Qadisiyah University.

The workshop was presented by Mr. Firas Al-Shammari, head of the Training Division in the Development and Sustainable Development Department of the Holy Shrine.

Al-Shammari said that the workshop discussed the concept of social change, its mechanisms, and ways to address unwanted changes, in addition to ways to establish social change based on the community's system of authentic values and beliefs.

For his part, one of the participating students, Mr. Ali Mohammed Marzouk, said that the seminar included topics that contribute to correcting some societal phenomena through raising awareness, emphasising the importance of these events in developing students' minds and consciousness.
