The Al-Kafeel Beekeeping Group, affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, participated in the Sulaymaniyah International Exhibition for Agriculture and Food Industries, held from December 17-20, 2025, with wide participation from local and international companies.
The group showcased a comprehensive basket of the finest types of Iraqi honey in their pavilion, including (sidr, clover, eucalyptus, flower honey), along with high-nutritional and therapeutic value hive products such as (pollen, bee propolis, royal jelly, natural beeswax).
The pavilion includes a detailed explanation of the technique of "bee hive air inhalation" and the benefits of "bee venom," as steps followed by a group of the Al-Kafeel apiaries to develop the therapeutic aspects of bee products according to modern scientific principles, in addition to a "free tasting" section available to all visitors.
The pavilion witnessed the arrival of several government officials who praised its organisation and the quality of its exhibits. Meanwhile, the exhibition management awarded a certificate of participation and excellence to the Al-Kafeel Honey Group in appreciation of its active participation and role in enriching the country's economic activities.
This participation comes within the vision of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine to support the national economy and enhance food security by offering natural products with global specifications and introducing Iraq's beekeeping wealth and how to invest it in health and food aspects.
