What is the duty of the fighters during the Ziyarat Arba'een ?

The Supreme Religious Authority has explained the commission of the security forces and the volunteers of the popular crowds, who stand at the fronts and are engaged in a fierce war againts the terrorists of ISIL and those with them, who are stationed in the liberated lands and protecting the country, during the days of Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) as well as the reward that they will receive from fighting the enemy. This came in the second sermon of Friday prayer of the 14th of Safar 1437 AH corresponding to the 27th of November, 2015, which was held in the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and led by Sayed Ahmed Al-Safi, who stated the following:
"In the difficult conditions experienced by our country; Iraq and the whole region as it faces the ISIL terrorism, more unity and coordination among all parties contributing in the fight against terrorists to eliminate them is needed more than ever. And the tension and collision between these parties, is beneficial only to the terrorists who prey everyone and do not differentiate between a party and another in the oppression and criminal acts. The Iraqi political parties are demanded to unite their speech and positions on this crucial issue and set aside their differences on other issues. As devoting all efforts and energies for defeating the ISIL terrorism and rid the country of it is the most important objective, which everyone must try to target soon, but it needs to provide more support to the fighting forces in their various forms and to develop a plan that has the support of the people in the areas that are still living under the oppression of the terrorists so the have a greater role in riding their areas of the enemy, reconstruction and living in dignity and tranquility, equal with the rest of Iraqis in rights and duties."
Stressing that: "The brothers fighters who stand at the front berms and are engaged in a bloody war against the terrorists, and who are stationed in the liberated lands and protecting the country, must not leave their posts to go for the Ziyarat, as by remaining in their positions they will have a larger reward; the reward for the defense of the land, its honor and sanctities, in addition to the tens of thousands of visitors, men and women who are willing to share with them the reward of the Ziyarat, so they gather the reward of the fight in the path of Allah and the reward of the Ziyarat of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him)."
