The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine concludes the activities of the third (Fatima –peace be upon her

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine concluded the activities of the third edition of the (Fatima –peace be upon her– Path of Salvation) festival in Pakistan.

The festival was held in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her) in the city of Karachi, Pakistan.

The festival included various activities, such as the ceremony for the age of religious obligation, scientific and cultural seminars, tours in several cities of Pakistan, in addition to several segments that highlight key moments in the life of Lady Fatima (peace be upon her).

The events also included congregational prayers in several Pakistani mosques and a visit to the grave of Sheikh Mohsen Najafi within the Al-Kawthar Religious University in Islamabad.

The festival concluded with the honouring of the volunteers who participated in organising the third edition's events, in addition to conducting a lottery to select a number of them for a pilgrimage to the holy shrines in Iraq.

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is keen on commemorating the occasions of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), both inside and outside Iraq, especially the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima (peace be upon her), in order to shed light on significant moments of her blessed life.
