The Women's Religious Guidance Division organises a celebration of the birth anniversaries of Imams Al-Baqer and Al-Hadi (peace be upon them)

The Women's Religious Guidance Division, affiliated with the Office of the Senior Official for Women's Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, organised a celebration of the birth anniversaries of Imams Mohammad al-Baqer and Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon them).

The ceremony was held in the basement of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) inside the holy shrine, attended by a group of female visitors.

The head of the department, Ms. Adhra Al-Shami, said: "The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and the special Ziyarat of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), followed by a lecture titled 'The Struggle of the Imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and Their Role in Preserving the Path of the Imams,' presented by the head of the Media and Activities Unit of the department, Ms. Rujaiya Ali."

She added that "the ceremony included an interactive quiz about the occasion, in which a group of female visitors participated, along with the 'Al-Kafeel Buds' competition for the children present with their families; aimed at instilling religious culture and distributing gifts to the participants."

The Religious Guidance Division is keen on organising cultural, awareness, and celebratory programs on religious occasions to commemorate the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
