The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine counts the services it provided to the visitors on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Al-Hadi (peace be upon him) in Samarra

The head of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine delegation to Samarra, Mr. Khalil Mahdi Hanoun, announced the results of the services provided to the visitors of the shrine of the two Imams al-Hadi and al-Askari (peace be upon them) on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him).

Hanon said, "The holy shrine concluded the activities of its service procession in the city of Samarra, after it continued to provide its services for three consecutive days, during which various services were offered to the visitors heading to the shrine of the two Imams (peace be upon them)."

He added that "the efforts resulted in the distribution of more than 60,000 meals, the provision of about 250,000 cups of water, and 60,000 cups of tea and milk, in addition to distributing large quantities of bread, sweets, fruits, and more," noting that "the medical services provided amounted to 1.5 tons."

He explained that "the procession of the Abbas (peace be upon him) Combat Division provided about 30,000 meals, more than 25,000 cups of water, and 300 boxes of Al-Kafeel water, and the medical services provided by the Division reached 1 ton."

The head of the delegation pointed out that "the procession of the holy shrine provided various other services, including accommodation and religious outreach services, while 16 specialized vehicles were made available to contribute to transportation and cleaning operations."

The Holy Shrine of Imam al-Hadi and al-Askari, peace be upon them, honored the delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine for its participation in providing services to the visitors of the shrine of the two Imams (peace be upon them) in Samarra, on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Al-Hadi (peace be upon him).
