The launch of the evening research sessions for the international conference on Sayed al-Mujahid and his scientific legacy

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine launched the activities of the second day of the evening sessions of the international conference on the Sayed al-Mujahid and his scientific heritage.

The conference is organized by the Sheikh Al-Tusi Center for Studies and Research, affiliated with the Supreme Authority for Heritage Revival, in collaboration with the Manuscript Photography and Cataloging Center, affiliated with the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department at the Holy Shrine, and it will last for two days.

The events were attended by the Deputy Secretary-General of the Holy Shrine, Mr. Abbas Moussa Ahmed, and members of its Board of Directors, including Sayed Laith Al-Moussawi, Dr. Abbas Al-Dadah Al-Moussawi, Mr. Kadhem Abadah, its officials, and religious and academic figures.

The research sessions are held within the holy shrine, the first in the Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) hall, chaired by Mr. Dr. Abdul Hakim Al-Safi, focusing on the field of Hadith and the Quran and including the discussion of four research papers. The second session is held in the al-Qasim (peace be upon him) hall, chaired by Sheikh Diaa Al-Karbalaei, focusing on the field of history, biographies, and bibliography, and also includes the discussion of four research papers.

The conference aims to commemorate the memory of Sayed Muhammad bin Ali bin Muhammad Ali al-Tabatabai al-Haeri, known as Sayed al-Mujahid, to recall his intellectual journey, and to shed light on his scientific legacy.
