Al-Kafeel Museum: 75% completion of the exhibits for the Askariyayn Holy Shrine Museum

The Kafeel Museum of Treasures and Manuscripts, affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, confirmed the completion of 75% of the display cases for the Askariyayn Shrine Museum's artifacts.

The head of the department, Mr. Nafe Al-Moussawi, said: "The staff of the Al-Kafeel Museum continue their artistic and technical work on the display cases for the Äskariyayn holy shrine museum's artifacts, as part of the joint cooperation between the two holy shrines."

He added that "the works include the implementation of 50 museum showcases for the artifacts in collaboration with the staff of the Department of Arts and Crafts and the Department of Engineering Maintenance and Construction at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, according to precise scientific principles that consider the nature of these artifacts and their historical value, relying on the best materials with standard specifications approved in museums, and in line with the requirements for safe preservation and museum display."

Al-Moussawi indicated that "the completion rate reached 75%, reflecting the level of integration and coordination among the participating teams, and directly contributing to supporting the Askariyayn Holy Shrine Museum with solid display cases, designed according to precise standards, ensuring the protection of the artifacts and showcasing them in a manner befitting their historical and religious significance."

Through this collaboration, the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine seeks to contribute to the protection and preservation of Islamic heritage and to present it to visitors and researchers in a modern scientific manner that meets the established museum standards.
