The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine holds mourning assemblies to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Al-Kadhem (peace be upon him)

The Public Speaking Division for Hussaini Preaching, affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, held a mourning assembly to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Al-Kadhem (peace be upon him).

The mourning assemblies are held in the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), attended by a gathering of visitors, and they last for three days, organized in the morning and in the evening.

The speaker of the council, Sheikh Hazem Al-Ataouni, in the morning session of his first day, addressed various topics, including the difficulties and tribulations faced by Imam Musa ibn Ja'far (peace be upon them), as well as his (peace be upon him) suffering during his transfers between prisons.

The speaker addressed the difficult circumstances that he (peace be upon him) endured due to his steadfast positions against oppression and tyranny, recalling his most important stances and his noble biography.

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is keen on commemorating the occasions of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in order to emulate their noble conduct, follow their honorable path, and spread their knowledge.
