The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine commemorates the oppression of Imam Al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) through a mourning assembly

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine commemorated the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) through a mourning assembly held in the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The council is part of a series of mourning councils organized by the Public Speaking Division for Hussaini Preaching affiliated with the Holy Shrine, to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Al-Kadhem (peace be upon him), which are held morning and evening for three days.

The speaker of the council, Sheik Hazem Al-Attawani, addressed aspects of the injustice faced by Imam Musa ibn Ja'far (peace be upon him) due to his steadfast positions against oppression and tyranny in the pursuit of upholding the truth and establishing the foundations of the Islamic message.

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is keen on commemorating the occasions of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in order to emulate their noble conduct, follow their honorable path, and spread their knowledge.
