The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine offers condolences on the death of the brother of the supreme religious authority, Sayed Ali al-Sistani

The General Secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine issued a condolence statement to the supreme religious authority, His Eminence Sayed Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani, on the passing of his esteemed brother; Sayed Hadi al-Sistani.

And the statement read:

"Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we will return."

The General Secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine extends its heartfelt condolences and sympathy to His Eminence the Grand Religious Authority; Sayed Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani, and to his esteemed sons, on the passing of his distinguished brother; Sayed Hadi al-Sistani.

And while we extend our condolences to the Islamic nation and the Hawza for this loss, we remember the deceased's knowledge, piety, and blessed scholarly conduct, which he dedicated to serving the religion, the sect, and the community.

We ask Almighty God to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy, to grant him a place in His spacious gardens alongside Mohammad and the family of Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon them), and to bestow patience and solace upon his family and loved ones.
