The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine holds the central Quranic gathering on the occasion of the National Quran Day

The General Secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held the central Quranic gathering on the occasion of the National Quran Day.

The ceremony was held in the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) with the presence of a delegation from the Quran Center at the Al-Mustafa (peace be upon him) Foundation for Guidance and Religious Awareness, and a large gathering of visitors.

Dr. Mushtaq Al-Ali, a member of the Central Celebrations Committee at the holy shrine, said, "The gathering coincides with the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet's mission and the National Day of the Holy Quran. It was attended by a group of reciters from the holy shrines to commemorate this blessed occasion and contribute to the dissemination of Quranic culture."

The gathering witnessed blessed Quranic recitations presented by the reader of the Imam Ali's (p) Holy Shrine, Karim Mansouri, and the readers of the Holy Shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them), Osama Al-Karbalaei and Muhammad Redha Al-Zubaidi.
