The Media Department holds a dialog seminar about the Encyclopedia of Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine Projects for a group of journalists

The Media Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a dialog seminar about the Holy Shrine's project encyclopedia for a group of journalists and media professionals.

The head of the department, Mr. Ali Al-Badri, said, "The department held a dialog seminar with correspondents from satellite channels, media institutions, and news agencies in the holy city of Karbala, with the aim of introducing the encyclopedia of Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine projects, reviewing the latest developments in its media work, and explaining the facilities provided to media institutions."

He added that "the seminar included listening to a set of observations raised by the participants, aimed at facilitating the process of obtaining information and data, especially during the Ziyarat Arba'een and the 10th of the month of Muharram al-Haram."

The head of the department explained that "the holy shrine holds such seminars and meetings every year to listen to suggestions, in order to provide full media support to those coming to the holy city of Karbala."

For his part, the head of correspondents at Karbala Satellite Channel, Mr. Karar Al-Wazni, stated that "the seminar will result in continuous communication between satellite channels, media institutions, and news agencies in the coming period, with the aim of highlighting the projects of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine that contribute to serving the citizens and visitors coming to the holy city of Karbala, especially during the million-strong Ziyarats."

He explained that "the Media Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine provides more than one location for conducting press interviews during the million-visitor events, which has facilitated the work of satellite channels, agencies, and incoming correspondents to cover these occasions."
