The Public Relations Department completes its preparations for holding the "Crown of Chastity" festival at Karbala University.

The Public Relations Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has completed the organizational and logistical preparations for holding the "Crown of Chastity" festival at Karbala University.

The festival is organized by the University and School Relations Division of the department, as part of the National Al-Kafeel Project to honor more than 2,700 female students wearing the Iraqi abaya on campus, in collaboration with Karbala University tomorrow, Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

The head of the University Activities Unit, Mr. Mustafa Fallah Irsan, said: "The preparations included completing all the organizational and logistical aspects of the festival to be held on the campus of Karbala University."

He added that "the tasks included preparing posters, setting up audio equipment, organizing the award ceremony venue, as well as preparing the Iraqi abaya gift, in addition to a set of blessing gifts designated for the participating female students."

The festival aims to honor female students wearing the Iraqi abaya on campus, promote moral values, and reinforce religious and cultural identity within the university community.
