In preparation for its opening... The Medical Affairs Department continues to prepare the Sayed Jaafar Al-Hilli Medical Services Center

The Medical Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine continues to prepare the Sayed Jaafar Al-Hilli Emergency Medical Services Center in anticipation of its opening on the birth anniversary of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

The assistant head of the department, Mr. Maher Khaled, said: "The center's preparations included the laboratory section with all the modern devices to provide emergency medical tests, and the radiology section, where all the equipment has been completed to operate it efficiently, in addition to the dental clinic and the wards for men and women, with the provision of all the necessary medical supplies to offer first aid and emergency treatments to visitors during the major Ziyarats throughout the year."

He added that "the center will be officially inaugurated on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), in the presence of several officials and specialists in the health and medical sector from the Ministry of Health and the Karbala Health Directorate, along with representatives from the departments of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine and Karbala hospitals."

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is keen on enhancing health and medical services for visitors by establishing specialized medical centers that provide emergency and urgent therapeutic care with the highest levels of quality and safety.
