The Administrative Development Academy concludes interviews for candidates of the Leadership Preparation Program designated for the staff of the Askariyayn Holy Shrine

The Administrative Development Academy, affiliated with the Development and Sustainable Development Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, has completed the interviews for the applicants of the (Leadership Preparation) program designated for the staff of the Holy Shrine of Imams al-Hadi and al-Askari, peace be upon them.

The director of the academy, Mr. Reda Karim Al-Aboudi, said: "This phase aims to select leadership competencies capable of making a qualitative leap in the institutional work environment in line with the strategic vision and sustainable development requirements."

He added that "the program is part of the academy's plan to develop the work mechanisms in religious and service institutions, through scientific and practical programs that aim to achieve institutional excellence, which positively reflects on the quality of services provided to the community and esteemed visitors."

Al-Aboudi explained that the Askariyayn Holy Shrine has directed the adoption of a leadership preparation program, and this step represents a fundamental pillar for building a solid institutional work. It also demonstrates a high commitment to adopting modern administrative methodologies that ensure performance efficiency and continuous contribution.
