The Department of Islamic and Human Sciences at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine discussed with a scientific delegation from several Islamic countries the prospects for intellectual cooperation in the fields of heritage research and Islamic studies.
This came during the visit of the delegation, which included several scientific figures, among them researchers from Bahrain Sheikh Hassan Al-Saeed and Sheikh Ismail Al-Kulidar, as well as Sheikh Abul-Fadl Hafiziyan and Sheikh Muhammad Sadiq Al-Jaafari from the Sayed Marashi Library in Qom, in addition to Sheikh Hashim Al-Zuwaidi from the Dammam region in Saudi Arabia.
During the visit, the delegation reviewed the sections of the Hilla Heritage Center affiliated with the department, its programs and scientific projects, and its continuous efforts in preserving and disseminating Islamic and human heritage. They expressed their admiration for the scientific and methodological level that characterizes the center's work, as well as its cultural role in serving researchers and those interested in heritage matters.
At the end of the meeting, the center's director, Sheikh Sadiq Al-Khoei, presented a collection of scientific publications to the delegation, expressing his appreciation for the visit and emphasizing the importance of strengthening the bonds of joint scientific cooperation to serve the pursuit of research and investigation in Islamic heritage.
