The Southern Green Belt 1 offers 170 free rest places for families in its oases.

The Southern Green Belt Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine provides 170 free rest places for Iraqi families within its oases.

The head of the department, Mr. Nasser Hussein Muteb, said, "Our staff continues to provide various amenities for Iraqi families in the Oasis of the Belt, and as part of their efforts, they have prepared 170 free rest places."

He added that "the seating areas are diverse in their designs and types, equipped with all comfort essentials, including cushions with Arabic designs, as well as ceilings specifically designed to protect against sunlight and rain."

He explained that "the seating areas are distributed across all the oases of the belt among the green spaces, maintaining appropriate distances between each "rest place" to ensure comfort and family privacy, and they are subject to a continuous program of maintenance and development."

Muteb confirmed that "the department has future plans to increase the number of "rest places", which will contribute to serving Iraqi families and delegations coming to the Southern Green Belt First."
