The Intellectual Affairs Department launches the Ain Al-Hayat Festival in Maysan

The Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine launched the activities of the Ain Al-Hayat Festival in the Al-Majar Al-Kabir district of Maysan Governorate.

The festival is organized by the Al-Qamar Cultural Forum Center affiliated with the department, in collaboration with the Lady Fatima (peace be upon her) Mourning Tent, with the attendance of several religious, cultural, and social figures, as well as the city's residents.

The festival activities included the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech from the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority in the district, Mr. Hashem Al-Shara, who emphasized the importance of organizing such events and their role in enhancing religious awareness and instilling authentic values in society. This was followed by a speech from the center, delivered by Sheikh Mustafa Al-Eidani, in which he outlined the festival's objectives and message, in addition to various cultural programs and stations.

The festival activities concluded with the opening of its cultural stations and the beginning of welcoming its visitors, where the stations witnessed a wide turnout and notable interaction from the attendees, who expressed their admiration for the festival activities.
