Mr. Maher Abd Al-Ameer Salman; the Managing Director of the As-Sibtayn company; the implementing company of the Al-Kafeel Residential Complex for housing the staff of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, stated to Al-Kafeel Global Network that the completion rate of the complex has exceeded more than 80% in all its facilities, and its works are going in accordance with the technical and engineering schemes agreed upon with the Department of the holy shrine's projects, the authority overseeing the implementation of the project.
Al-Kafeel Network has made a field visit to the project location, accompanied by the Manager of the executing company, who added: "This rate includes the construction of all 831 houses, the main and sub-roads, the sewage and rain network, electrical infrastructure, water liquefaction and all other civil works as well as the installation of the doors, windows, covering the walls and floors, painting and roof and ceiling works."
Mr. Abd Al-Ameer also stated: "We were determined from the first moments of the receipt of this project to make it a role model project in the holy city of Karbala in terms of the used materials, the cost and mechanisms in place, as well as he cost of the whole project when compared with other similar residential complexes, thanks to the good management of the department of engineering projects and its great expertise harnessed in the supervision and the field follow-up, in addition to its support for this project to overcome all difficulties."
In an earlier statement, the head of the engineering projects department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, Engineer Dea' Majeed Al-Sa'egh has stated: "The residential complex is a significant forward leap in Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine's projects, from all aspects; architecture, modernity and proposed services, so it turned to be a model in its modern architecture, its harmony with the contemporary urban style and its respect of the Iraqi spirit. it is in deed a complex at low cost but not with low specifications . "
It is worth mentioning that the aim of the establishment of this project is to appreciate and value the efforts of the staff of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in the service of the visitors of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and in order to provide them with a decent housing in line with the international evolution in the field of housing. The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has then created this residential project for its staff under the name of Al-Kafeel residential complex to be distributed to them at a subsidized price and comfortable installments.
