The Medical Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine continues to provide free health consultations, examinations, and treatments for visitors during the holy month of Ramadan.

The assistant head of the department, Mr. Maher Khaled, said that "the services include medical consultations by specialized doctors, conducting tests such as blood pressure and diabetes measurements, treatment, and ECG, laboratory tests, X-rays, ultrasound, and providing necessary treatments, in addition to monitoring emergency cases through specialized medical and nursing staff, who work around the clock to receive various cases."

He added that "these efforts come in implementation of the directives of the General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine, to provide the best health and therapeutic services for free, and to ease the burden on visitors, especially the elderly and those with chronic diseases."

Khalid pointed out that "the medical centers spread around the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine continue to receive patients and provide medical consultations, with a commitment to adhering to health and organizational procedures to ensure the safety of visitors."

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is keen on providing all services and a safe atmosphere for visitors to perform the rituals of Ziyarat during the holy month of Ramadan with ease and comfort.
