The Service Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine continues to provide its diverse services to the visitors of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) during the holy month of Ramadan.
The administrative assistant of the department, Mr. Abbas Ali Abu Al-Awf, said: "The department has prepared a special plan to serve the visitors during the days of the holy month, striving to provide a suitable environment for those coming to the holy city of Karbala."
He added that "the department's staff works daily to lay out about 150 carpets on Bab Al-Qibla Street leading to the holy shrine, in the courtyards of Bab Al-Alqami and Imam Muhammad Al-Jawad (peace be upon him), in addition to the surroundings of the holy shrine. The number of carpets laid increases on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays due to the rising number of visitors."
The Department of Service Affairs aims to provide the highest levels of service and meet the needs of all visitors during the days and nights of the holy month.
