The Public Speaking of the Hussaini Preaching Division at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a mourning assembly to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ja'far as-Sadeq (peace be upon him).

The council was held in the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), in the presence of several servants of the holy shrine and a group of visitors.

The speaker of the council discussed the noble biography of Imam As-Sadeq (peace be upon him), highlighting the key moments of his life, his stances, and his sacrifices, and concluded with the recitation of elegies.

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is keen on commemorating the occasions of the holy Imams (peace be upon them) by holding mourning councils and various cultural activities; with the aim of deepening religious awareness and instilling authentic Islamic values.
