The Public Speaking of Hussayni Preaching Division of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine continues to hold mourning assemblies commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ja'far as-Sadeq (peace be upon him) in the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The assembly, which lasts for three days and is held in two sessions, morning and evening, is attended by a number of the shrine's servants and a group of visitors.

The speaker of the council addressed the biography of Imam As-Sadeq (peace be upon him), highlighting the key moments of his life, his stances, sacrifices, and injustices he faced, concluding with the recitation of elegies.

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is keen on commemorating the occasions of the holy Imams (peace be upon them) by holding mourning assemblies and various cultural activities; with the aim of deepening religious awareness and instilling authentic Islamic values.
