The craftsmanship and professionalism of the servants of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) were not limited to the manufacture of the pieces and parts of his shrine's grid, making it become an industrial model after that this industry was monopolized by some countries, the same accuracy is used in the installation of the manufactured parts, such as the four corner columns and four silver flowers installed recently, which are located at the bottom of the corner column on which it is based, and from its right and left sides, there is the two roses of the grid's basis which installation was completed so all these pieces can form an artistic symmetrical pattern in terms of the design and installation.
The pillars' columns (four columns distributed on the corners of the holy grid) are of the most important grid's parts that are characterized by very high manufacturing features, as they are manufactured in a sculpture manner on pure silver plates of 999 carat blended by 2% with pure gold, with a thickness of 7 mm, width of 16 cm and length of 2 meters, and the weight of each column is of 30 kg with a diameter of 20 cm. All of which are installed with high precision and beauty compared to the old grid, even though the same patterns of the old grid were respected, but in a unique inscription way worty of the status of the owner of the shrine of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
As for the silver vases which were previously made of alabster, are now characterized by the thickness and accurate craftsmanship in the manufacturing, featured by its strength, resistance and durability, thanks to its raw material manufactured of 999 calibre of pure silver, mixed with a 2% of 24 carat gold in order to give it a specific lustre and to prolong its lifetime. These vases of the side columns of the shrine's grid weighs each 4 kg, with 30m of length and a thickness of 6 to 8 mm.
The installation of these parts on the wooden structure has the advantage of being done in a very accurate hidden way, which is one of the new and important additions of the new grid, contrary to what has been in place previously in the old grid and its parts, making it look as single piece all together of the its top and bottom parts on the wooden structure.
