The High Responsible of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine installs the latest piece of the shrine's new grid of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him)..

After a journey of determination, vitality and activity associated with the high craftsmanship and professionalism, which are framed by the loyalty and dedication to Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), the technical staffs working in the factory of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine for the manufacture of the shrines' grids, have finished the installation and fixing the last piece of the new grid to be ready for its opening day aming the celebrations of the birth anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful Ali Ibn Abi Taleb (peace be upon both of them).
The high responsible of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Ahmed Al-Safi has the honor to fix the last piece; the vase located above the golden Quranic band that surrounds all the sides of the grid. There are four vases fixed on each of the grid's corners along the upper grid's flowers and the lighting lamps.
And with the installation of these vases, the installation of the whole pieces of the new grid of the holy shrine of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) have been fully completed, making the servants who have manufactured and installed to say with pride: "O master, your grid has been manufactured proudly in Karbala, in the factories and workshops of your holy shrine, by Iraqi hands, to be the first grid manufactured and installed exclusively in Iraq."
These works are followed by cleaning and sustaining works of all the installed pieces, either the metal or the wooden ones, in addition to the inspections and testing all its joints and the moving and fixed pieces.
It is worth mentioning that the dismantling works of the shrine's old grid were launched on Thursday 23rd Jumada Al-Ula 1437 AH corresponding to the 3rd March, 2016, which was preceded by the completion of the manufacture of the new grid's pieces announced on the 19th Jumada Al-Ula 1437 AH corresponding to the 28th February 2016. The dismantling works were accompanied by the civil and structural works such as covering the sanctuary's floor surrounding the holy tomb after digging and preparing the foundations for the installation of the wooden structure of the new grid, followed by various stages of the installation and fixing its wooden and metal pieces according to a plan developed by the supervising committee of the project.
