The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine announces its readiness to receive the visitors of the mid Sha'ban..

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has announced that it has completed all preparations to receive the visitors of Imam Al-Hussayn and his brother Aba Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of thm) in the mid Sha'ban, the birth anniversary of Imam Al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance). The holy shrine has prepared a join secrutiy and service plan as to contribute to mitigate the burden of the visitors while performing his religious rituals and other worship acts during this blessed night with ease, by harnessing all its servants, means and vehicles for this purpose.
This plan includes two axes, the first is the service axis by providing the medical services, the creation of new accommodation places and equipping them with all comforts means, in addition to opening centers for the lost and missing persons, opening additional deposit boxes. The plan included also the allocation of doors and passages for women to enter the holy sanctuary in total isolation from men. The number of those in charge of the inspection inside and outside the sanctuary were increased to avoid hustle cases and to ease the visitors flow, as well as increasing the number of Ziyarta booklets and the drinking water places, with the continued cleaning works inside and outside the holy shrine.
Vehicles for the distribution of drinking water (RO) and ice were prepared for their distribution to the Hussayni service processions deployed on the roads leading to the city.
The Vehicles department at the holy shrine has prepared its busses and put them in alert state in order to contribute to the transfer of the visitors, according to the developed plan.
Also, the visitors cities of the holy shrines ["Omm Al-Baneen (peace be upon her) Service complex on the road Najaf- Karbala, and Al-'Alqami complex on the road Babylon -Karbala] were prepared and equipped with all comfort means for the accommodation, food and other services needed by the visitors.
The other axis of the plan is the security axis, as a security plan was prepared, a part of it will be implemented in cooperation with the Department of keeping order in the Imam Al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine and another with the provincial police leadership, and which includes many sides for the protection and safety of the visitors.
And all the departments of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, have shown their full readiness to work for the success of this Ziyarat and in order to make every effort for the smooth visitors movement.
And the eve of mid Sha'ban is a night of great honor, it is narrated from Imam As-Sadeq (peace be upon him) that he said: "Imam Al-Baqer (peace be upon him) was asked about the merit of the eve of the mid Sha'ban, and he (peace be upon him) said: "The most virtuous night after Laylat-ul Qadr is that of the 15th of Sha’ban, and Allah grants His blessings, during this night, to His servants and forgives them by means of His grace and greatness; hence, endeavour during this night with the intention to gain proximity to Almighty Allah. (Note that) Allah has sworn that He does not deprive any ‘beggar’ (one who earnestly requests/begs from Him) – unless the latter requests and searches for something sinful or unpleasant. This night is one which Almighty Allah has bestowed upon us, the Ahl Al-Bayt, as Laylat-ul Qadr was granted to the Holy Prophet."
One of the recommended and desirable acts during this night is the Ziyarat of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), as it was narrated that Imam As-Sadeq (peace be upon him) said: "The sins of the visitor of Al-Hussayn Ibn Ali on the fifteenth of Sha'ban are forgiven, and no sin is written in his book for a year, and if he visits the next year, God will forgive his sins." And Imam As-Sadiq (peace be upon him) also said: "He who visits Aba Abdillah Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) three years in row without intersection on the fifteenth of Sha'ban, his sins will be forgiven," He (peace be upon him) also said: "When it is the fifteenth of Sha'ban, a caller from beyond the horizon says to the visitors of Al-Hussayn: Return, forgiven and your reward is on Allah your Lord and Mohammad."
This night takes its honour, holiness and sanctity from the birth of the great saviour, the promised hope, the aspired good, the interpreter of the Quran, the Imam of humans and Jinns, the Master of the Advent, the Imam of the Order, our Master the awaited Al-Mahdi Son of Al-Hassan (may our souls and the souls of both worlds be a redemption for the soil of his arrival).
