The staff of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine present the condolences to Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) in the martyrdom anniversary of his grandson Imam Al-Jawad (peace be upon him)

The lovers and followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) commemorate in such day; the twenty-ninth of the month of Dhu Al-Qi'dah, the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Al-Jawad (peace be upon him) on the year 220 AH, When Al-Mu'tassim Al-'Abbasi has committed the greatest crime of his time, grieving the heart of the Messenger of Allah (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) and every member of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them), when he assassinated of the Imams of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

And to commemorate this anniversary within the ongoing and continuous activities of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to recall the misfortunes, injustice and adversities of Imams of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them), the servants of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) has organized on the afternoon of Friday the 29th of Dhu Al-Qi'dah 1437 AH corresponding to the 2nd of September 2016 a unified condolences' procession.

And after presenting the condolences to Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), they headed to the shrine of Aba Abdillah Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) passing by the area between the two holy shrines, to be welcomed by the staff of the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), who were chanting elegies and lamentations.

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has prepared for this occasion a special condolences' program, by announcing the state of morning and covering all its walls with black, as well as setting up Condolences' Majlis that will last for two days in the Hospitality Hall, and other activities held to remind the horror of this tragedy.
