The latest developments of the work at the first Al-Kafeel residential compound.

The work at the first Al-Kafeel residential compound for the employees of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine progress significantly in all the 831 houses, half of which is definitively completed and delivered to the Department of the projects at holy shrine, and the other half has reached advanced stages.

Sibtayn Company of General Contracting and Investment, the executive company has started building the service extensions of the project, such as schools and markets and will work so that once the other half is completed and delivered to complete them as soon as possible.

Among the works accomplished are the roads that were covered with many layers in preparation for tiling and paving them with Coal tar, as well as the completion of all the project infrastructure such as the sewage, rainwater, liquefaction water systems, as well as the completion of the electricity installation and starting to install the outer fence after paving it. These works are going along with other works distributed on the projects' phases according to the plan developed by the company and under the direct field supervision of the projects department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

The Director of the executive company; Mr. Maher Abd Al-Ameer Salman has promised that the houses will be delivered as scheduled, and that the delay was out of control. But all praise to Allah and thanks to the cooperation of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine we could overcome the obstacles that we faced for the implementation of this project. And as a company we are fully aware of the financial situation of the country as a whole as well as the holy shrine, but this will not be a reason for the reluctance of our project and it is implemented according to the same standards that we have been agreed without prejudice."

It is worth mentioning that the objective of the establishment of this project is in appreciation of the efforts of the employees of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in the service of the visitors of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), in order to provide them with decent housing in line with the international development in the field of housing. The houses will be distributed to them at a subsidized price and comfortable instalments.
