Ashura Condolences' processions flock to the shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and his brother Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him)..

As usual at the arrival of the month of Hussayni sorrows in every year, the condolences' processions have started since the morning of the first Monday of the sacred month of Muharram 1438AH corresponding to the 3rd of October 2016 to arrive to the shrine of the standard-bearer of Imam Al-Hussayn; Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) for presenting their condolences for this painful tragedy of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them), according to a specific table prepared by the Department of rites, processions and Hussayni bodies in Iraq and in the Muslim world of the two holy shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them).
These processions started entering the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine from the Qiblah gate then go out from the gate of Imam Al-Hassan (peace be upon him) continuing their march in the area between the two holy shrines to enter the sanctuary of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) from the gates of martyrs.
The processions movement is organized and smooth to not affect the movement of visitor. The closing is held at his holy shrine by establishing obituary Majlis in which many elegies showing the greatness of the tragedy are delivered.
The head of the department of rites, processions and Hussayni bodies in Iraq and the Muslim world; Hajj Riyadh Ni'mah Al-Salman has stated to Al-Kafeel Network: "An expanded meeting have been held with the owners of Karbala Hussayni processions as these processions are only of the people of Karbala, in the presence of representatives of the holy shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) and of security and service departments in the province. Many points have been discussed to improve the work of these processions, whether the service or condolences' processiosn, and to point out that the processions movement is taking place according to the plan developed by our department and the processions' owners were informed of the starting and closing points and the track of the other processions without any intersection with the movement of the visitors or what may cause congestion."
