The Supreme Religious Authority stresses on all the participants in the liberation of Mosul to take the utmost caution in dealing with the civilians caught in the combat zones, and calls Mosul people to cooperate with the security forces.

The Supreme Religious Authority in Najaf has renewed in the words of its representative Sheikh Abd Al-Mahdi Al-Karbala'i during th second sermon of Friday prayer held in the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and led by him, stressing on the heroes fighting in the battles of truth against the falsehood, to respect all the Islamic, moral and humantiarian standards stated by the tolerant law of Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) in wars.
And this is what was stated by Sheikh Al-Karbala'i in the sermon, in which he said:
"We stress today on our dear fighters, like we did several times before, to take the utmost caution in dealing with the civilians caught in the combat zones, seeking to put them away from any harm by providing them with protection by all possible means. And we also call the dear people of Mosul to cooperate with the security forces as much as possible to facilitate their duty in rescuing them and save them from the control of the ISIL terrorists. And we also stress on all the participants in the fight operations to take care of the humanitarian and Islamic standards in dealing with the detainees regardless of whom they are, and only take the legal action against them and stay away from revenge in any case."
