Is donating money in order to buy bin containers and bags of waste to clean the Hussayni processions and the road of visitors is desirable, and is it considered as spending in the service of the Hussayni rituals?

Yes, all that facilitate the performance of the Ziyarat for the Faithful, encouraging them to perform it, and contributing in their comfort is religiously desirable, and spending money at the service of the visitors of Aba Abdillah Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) is a spending for the sake of Allah the Almighty.
