Sayed Al-Sistani recommends the visitors of the Arba'een to invest their Ziyarat in learning their religion and the biography of their Imams (peace be upon them).

The Supreme Religious Authority has recommended during last Friday sermon by its representative in Karbala; Sheikh Abd Al-Mahdi Al-Karbala'i the visitors of Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) to invest this opportunity to learn their religion and the biography of their Imams (peace be upon them), with the help of the representatives of the Hawza in Najaf who are deployed along the road leading to the holy city of Karbala, stating:

“The dear visitors, men and women, have to give special importance to this religious occasion and try to invest it in the best ways to increase their faith, as the reform project drawn by Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and by which he has perpetuated the religion of his grandfather Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and his holy Household) and on which have emphasized the pure Imams (peace be upon them), aims primarily human reform, so it is a must for those walking on the road of Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) to be interested in increasing his religious knowledge and have more moral virtues. And the presence of the brothers; the teachers and students of the Hawza in personalized places on the roads to Karbala is a good opportunity to take advantage of them in this field.”
