The leadership of the Iraqi joint operations has issued seven instructions for the visitors of the Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), warned them against being dragged behind the tendentious rumors, and called them to report any person who are trying to create chaos during the Ziyarat.

Al-Kafeel Network has followed the statement of the operations' leadership, in which it was stated: "The leadership of the joint operations calls on the brothers and sisters; visitors of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) on the occasion of the Ziyarat Arba'een, to consider the following:

1- Using collective transport means because of the lack of sufficient yards for the vehicles.

2- Receiving medicines and medical treatments only from medical detachments officially approved and licensed.

3- Prompt report to the security detachments about the suspicious cases.

4- To eat and drink only from the processions opened officially.

5- Respecting the inspection procedures in the checkpoints because they aimed to maintain the security and stability and to protect citizens' lives.

6- To cooperate with the security bodies that work to protect citizens and visitors and execute their guidance.

7- To not be dragged behind the malicious rumors that some parties try to raise in order to cause chaos and security confusion, and to inform the security authorities about any person who tries to provoke chaos and rumors.
