Sayed Al-Sistani stating: The concerned authority have to harness all their potential to overcome the obstacles.

The Supreme Religious Authority has urged through the last Friday sermon delivered by its representative Sayed Ahmed Al-Safi, the concerned authorities of the Ziyarat matters to harness all the available health, service and security resources and to overcome all the obstacles with the need of vigilance and caution from any kind of attempt of the terrorist groups to target this blessed march, as Sayed Al-Safi has stated:

"Most of the believers are used in this Ziyarat of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) to perform it by walking on foot, coming from distant areas up to 60 kilometres, may Allah help them to walk it easily and safely, especially that the visitors have between them the weak, the children, the women and the people with special needs, asking the Almighty Allah to make them reach their destination safely. Thus, the concerned authorities must make all the available health, service and security potential to overcome all the obstacles with the need of vigilance and caution from any kind of attempt of the terrorist groups to target this blessed march. As the enemy is coward and his weapon is treachery."
