Why most of Muslims do not commemorate the tragedy of the twenty eighth of Safar?

On the twenty-eighth of the month of Safar, the sorrows of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) reach their peak, as in this day, was a tragedy that made their eyes cry and agonised their hearts as it was the beginning of tragedies that started following one another on them; the martyrdom of the Dean of the Mohammadian House, about whom the Almighty has said: {Allah intends only to remove from you the impurity [of sin], O people of the [Prophet's] household, and to purify you with [extensive] purification.} (33:33), the most noble of the creatures of the Almighty Allah, their Master, the Prophet of Mercy who has the greatest qualities, the one sent as Mercy to the worlds, the Prophet Taha, who was called in the sky Ahmad and on earth Aba Al-Qassem Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household). About whom, his beloved daughter the saint Lady Fatima Az-Zahra (peace be upon her) said right after his martyrdom:

What blame should be on one who smells Ahmed’s soil

That he shall never smell any precious person at all?

Calamities have been poured on me (like waters boil)

Were they poured on days, they would become nights.

The Holy Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) is the link between heaven and earth, between the Creator and the creature, between his nation and the other nations...

This painful anniversary is not remembered by the majority of Muslims, and the one billion and 700 million of Muslims even ignore when it is!! Like if the one who died in this day is from another world, and not the saviour from the deception and the guide to the light; Mohammad Ibn Abdillah (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household), without whom our destiny would be polytheism and our end would be hell! We have neglected the right of his Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and we have become the last of the nations after that we were the best nation, we have oppressed ourselves and thus their Mahdi is occulted from us. Why we do not correct this wrong path, which has costed us so much during more than one thousand and four hundred years at least partially, to gather to revive his matter instead of killing and slaughtering each other in his name.

The majority of Muslims must do like the followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) who commemorate this day and stand a position of grief and have tears in front of the tomb of the Prophet, to remember in the anniversary of his martyrdom, the departure of the values of Islam, his tolerance, his mercy and compassion over the worlds.

So, Why Muslims do not commemorate the twenty eighth of Safar, and why this anniversary is absent from their lives?!
