The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine sent an aid convoy to support the fighters in Mosul, and the head of its delegation paid tribute to their spirits and confirmed that the victory is drawn on their faces.

The General Secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine continues its program by sending aid convoys to support the security forces and the fighters of the popular mobilization in the deliberation operations' districts in Mosul. This program was adopted from the first moments of the launch of the fatwa of the sacred defence of Iraq and its sanctities, in implementation of the directives of the supreme religious authority to support and assign all those who defend the soil of this dear homeland, as part of a larger program prepared by the holy shrine for this great showdown.
A delegation was formed by the Department of Religious Affairs in the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and some other departments in order to send this convoy to congratulate these forces for their great victories.
Sheikh Adel Al-Wakeel the deputy head of the department of religious affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, who headed the delegation, has explained the Al-Kafeel Network: "All that is provided to the fighter would never be equal to their sacrifices, especially in these difficult circumstances of cold weather and difficult geography of the area."
Adding: "The convoy was sent under the guidance of High Responible of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Sayed Ahmad Al-Safi, to perpetuate visiting and comminicating with the Mujahideen on the battlefield, so we have visited this time various area of Mak'hool, and the liberated areas in Tal Afar and the nearby areas of its airport. And we had met with many of the Mujahideen, whom we have found resolved and determined, not fearing the enemy, as their lonely concern is to liberate these usurped territories, we have conveyed the gretings from the employees at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine praying at the same time for their victory and steadfastness that wa drawn on their faces."
Explaining: "These materials have been deliverd to the fighters from the funds boxes scatterd in the holy shrine of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and its surrounding areas and in the area between the two holy shrines for the support of the popular mobilization under the supervision of the department of religious affairs at the holy shrine, and the visitors' donations were allocated to the martyrs and wounded of the popular mobilization and the security forces, as well as to send aids to all operations' districts. The convoy has included various food aid and winter clothes because of the harsh weather circumstances, and this is what they need at the moment because of the severe shortage in this side."
It is to note that the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is keen to send food and in-kind aids convoys to all military operations districts to support the security forces and the heroes of the popular mobilization in addiiton to the formation of special ad hoc committee to pay tribute to the families of their martyrs and to follow up the treatments of their wounded.
