Covering the floor of the holy sanctuary of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) with new carpet (in pictures)

Preparing for the celebrations of the birth anniverary of humanity Prophet Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) and his grandson Imam Ja'far As-Sadeq (peace be upon him) and in coincidence with the coronation anniverary of Imam Al-Hujjah (Allah hasten his holy reappearance), the care department of the holy shrine at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has furnished the holy sanctuary of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) with new carpets as befits with this holy place, according to the measurements taken previously.
Mr. Haydar Majhool the Associate head of the care Department has explained to Al-Kafeel Network: "As in custom in the religious events, the carpets of the holy sanctuary of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) are replaced. And this year, in the coronation anniversary of Imam Al-Hujjah (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance), the set of turquoise carpets are replaced by another set of red carpets with distinctive inscriptions that are harmonious with the decor of the holy sanctuary."
And he added: "The number of the carpets used inside the holy shrine is of 664 carpets of (3m x 2m), and 30 carpets in the same size around the holy grid, as for the number of carpets used in the entrance to the grid is of 10 carpets of (4m x 5m), and in the future, the gates will be furnished with the same size and quality carpets."
Mr. Majhool has also stated about the carpets' specifications: "The new carpets are one of the finest Iranian industries, and they were specially imported for the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, to be tailored in terms of the thickness and corners of each carpet and the raw materials with which they were manufactured."
It is to note that the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine continually change and replace its carpets due to the worn carpets inside the holy sanctuary because of the influx of large numbers of visitors to the holy shrine, and this according to a plan set by the relevant departments so that the old carpets is invested to furnish other departments or in other facilities belonging to the holy shrine.
