The funeral of one of the heroes of the Al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad who was martyred within the operations of "We are coming, Nineveh."

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and the Al-Abbas's (p) fighting squad have organized on Wednesday morning the 14th of Rabi' Awwal 1438 AH, corresponding to the 14th of December, 2016, the funeral of one of its heroes; the happy martyr Ahmad Malek Hassan Zghayyar Al-'Aredhi; the head of the maintenance workshop of heavy weapons in the squad, and who was martyred on Tuesday in the operations in the west of Mosul for the liberation of the district of Tal A'far, within the operations of "We are coming, Nineveh" by bomb explosion to join up with the martyrs' caravan to Paradise.

The rituals of Ziyarat and supplication have been conducted in the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) with the presence of a number of the employees of the holy shrine and the squad and a number of the believers, then his body was carried out to the shrine of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) passing by the area between the two holy shrines.

The martyr Ahmad Al-'Aredhi (may Allah have mercy on him) is from the people of the holy city of Karbala, the area of Bweybat, and was from the first fighters who have answered the call of the supreme religious authority. He has participated in many battles such as the liberation battles of Jorf Al-Nasr, Sayed Ghareeb, Al-Basheer, and most recently the battle to liberate Mosul, in which he was chosen to join the highness of the glory and immortality record. May God have mercy on the martyr and make him rest in the peaceful paradise.
