Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital brings a medical team for the treatment of the wounded of the popular mobilization free of charge.

Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has brought a medical team that is specialized in bone fractures and surgery in order to diagnose and treat the wounded of the popular mobilization, who were injured while performing their sacred national duty to defend Iraq and its holy places.

The Director General of Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital; Dr. Haydar Al-Bahadli has stated in his word about this subject that: "Since the opening of this hospital, the General Secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has given priority to the medical and therapeutic care for the heroes of the sacred defence who are sacrificing their blood for the sake of the honour of this country and so that its land and sanctities are not desecrated by the terrorist ISIL's gangs. Therefore, he has received those wounded in coordination with the medical service of the board of popular mobilization or directly following a work mechanism put by the hospital administration."

He added: "During our follow-up of the cases brought to us, we found that there cases that necessitate bringing medical teams from outside Iraq, and indeed we have brought recently an Iranian medical team specialized in bone fractures surgery, headed by Dr. Aba Al-Fadl Baqiri. So the hospital has received the patients and provided them with all the means for the success of this noble mission. The team has diagnosed 153 cases and has conducted surgeries for the complex fractures for those who need it, including Ilizarov technique surgeries conducted by this team, and which are rarely done in Iraq."

Dr. Al-Bahadli also explained: "This is not the first visit of this team, as the equipment, devices, services and the assistant cadre of the Al-Kafeel Hospital made them repeat such visits."

It is to note that the Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital following the directives of the High Responsible of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Ahmed Al-Safi, has given great attention and care to the wounded of the popular mobilization and security forces and has received hundreds of cases.
